Vivek Vadkar is a freelance fine artist whose work blends realism with imaginative expression, primarily through oil and acrylic on canvas. Inspired by nature, everyday life, and the innocent wonder of children, his paintings often explore landscapes and figurative compositions that celebrate the beauty in seemingly ordinary moments. A graduate of Khopoli Chitrakala Mahavdyalaya, Mumbai University, with a dual background in fine art and economics, Vadkar’s perspective is shaped by both technical mastery and a deep sensitivity to patterns of life. His work has been exhibited at renowned venues such as Jehangir Art Gallery, The Taj Art Gallery at The Taj Mahal Palace, Nehru Centre Art Gallery, and Leela Art Gallery in Mumbai. Recognized with honors including the Pune Art Festival Award (2010), the State Government Award (2009), and as a Finalist in the International Artist Magazine Challenge (2012), his art is now held in private collections across Australia, India, South Africa, the UK, and the USA.
